We have set aside 11 of our 96-site lots at Queens Bay Resort to build a glamping business that would operate year-round.
We are looking for a partner experienced in the glamping industry to help us make this project a reality. We have the
serviced land ready to go. Our desire is to find a partner who can help us with marketing, daily operations, choice of glamping facilities and amenities. The total investment will be approximately $2 million CAD.
The Kootenay region is a popular year-round tourist destination for travelers from the US, Canada and around the world. Kootenay Lake is one of the largest lakes in BC and it is surrounded by the spectacular Purcell Mountain Range. Tourists are drawn to the area for the many recreational activities such as golfing, mountain biking, skiing, fishing and even more spiritual pursuits.
